& Procedures

Our mission is to provide our clients with a calm, relaxing environment and to receive the enhanced splendor of Put Your Woman First Yoni & Spa Services. 

Put Your Woman First is a small, independently owned business. Once booked, we are committed to your appointment. We ask that you reciprocate our dedication and respect by adhering to our policies for service, as listed below.

Appointments:

We do our best to accommodate same-day appointment requests, but we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance to guarantee your time slot for any of our services.

You must be 18 or older to make an appointment for any service. Appointments must be made for anyone under 18 by a parent or guardian.

To preserve the peaceful and tranquil experience that our guests have come to expect and to comply with insurance guidelines, you must be at least 14 to be on the premises of Put Your Woman First Yoni & Spa Services. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Check-In:

To receive the total value of the service, please arrive on time. If you are a new client, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time of booking your appointment.

Deposits: 

A 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation this is to secure your appointment day and time. 

Cancellations:

The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package you schedule is reserved exclusively for you and your party.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for individual services and 48-hour notice on packages of two services or more. 

You can cancel your appointment by clinking the cancel link on your confirmation email or calling us at 646-679-8266.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so that the next guest will begin on time, and you will be charged for the entire appointment. 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:

• When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. 
• Please alert our therapist immediately if you experience any discomfort during your treatment.
• It is suggested, but not required, that it would be more comfortable for you if you were free of restrictive clothes after our services. 
• Allow a couple of hours after service before using deodorant on waxed underarms. 
• If you are scheduled for Yoni’s, spa facials, and body treatments, you will be asked to put your robe on in a private area.

What to Wear:

• We recommend loose and comfortable clothing before and after your services.
• We will also provide a robe and slippers for your use while in the spa.
• If you are scheduled for a facial, we encourage you not to wear make-up before your service. 
• Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses, and we also suggest you let us know if you are using skin medications such as retinol or Accutane before starting your treatment.

Gift Cards:

• Gift Cards are available online or at the front desk starting at a $25 value.
• Spa gift cards are not redeemable for cash. 
• Put Your Woman First Yoni & Spa Gift Cards are always welcomed and can be used for our products and services. 
• Please present your gift card at check-in; otherwise, you will be responsible for any charges incurred during your visit to the spa. 

Payment Methods: 

Acceptable payments: Cash, CashApp, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Put Your Woman First Yoni & Spa Gift Cards.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Gratuities:

Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices but are very appreciated by our staff. The standard for gratuity is 15% – 20% of the cost of service provided.

For parties of 4 or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically included.

Additional Restrictions:

• To receive your service's splendor and complete pampering and for the comfort of all clients and staff, please turn off your cell phone or place it on silent while inside the spa.
• Please leave your valuables at home, as we will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of your items. 
• Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities. 
• Put Your Woman First Yoni & Spa is a smoke-free facility. Please refrain from smoking in and around the entrance of our facilities.
